Sourcing questions, answered
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product. Standard AC chargers and accessories can start from single samples or small batches; DC chargers and storage systems usually require container-level or project-scale quantities for factory-direct pricing. Tell us your expected volume and we will find the supplier that matches it.
What typical lead time should I expect?
Sample lead time is generally 5–15 days. Mass production takes roughly 15–45 days depending on the product, configuration and order size, plus sea freight transit time to your destination. We agree a binding production schedule with the factory before you sign.
Can you help with certifications for my market?
Yes. We match products to the certification regime of your target market — CE (EU), UKCA (UK), UL/cUL (North America), PSE (Japan), and more. We verify existing certificates, and for OEM projects we coordinate testing and certification with qualified labs.
Do you offer OEM / private-label manufacturing?
Yes. We work with factories that support OEM and ODM — custom branding, enclosure color, software UI language, connector standards and packaging. We manage the whole process from design confirmation to final QC.
How is payment handled?
Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% balance before shipment, or LC for larger orders. All payments go directly between you and the factory (or via a secure escrow arrangement on request) — we never hold your funds.
Do you charge for quoting or sourcing services?
RFQ consultation and supplier shortlisting are free. On confirmed orders we earn a transparent service commission, or a fixed project fee for managed end-to-end procurement — you always see the factory price breakdown.
